It is with immense sadness that the Murdoch family must announce that Chatham Water Tours will no longer be operating. Our beloved Captain Dave died on June 19, 2017.

The name Murdoch means “of the sea” in Scottish. What could be more appropriate for this man who lived near, and made his living on, the sea? The only thing Dave loved more than the ocean was his family. And we’ll miss him more than we can say.
